New on-line courses to conform with Data Protection legislation
From 6 April 2010, the regulatory environment of the Data Protection legislation will get much tougher. New spot checks will lead to penalties of up to £500,000, and fines will create both higher insurance premiums for those who are convicted and possible civil claims for financial loss due to their failure to protect data.
A series of trackeable on-line modules provide a straightforward solution to providing the training for data protection legislation that organisations now need. The legislation applies to employee records, customer data, supplier data and, of course, online trading. The new modules also cover the training requirements for the Bribery Act, currently going through Parliament.
Created in Scotland, the new modules include short assessment exercises and can be used direct from the Internet, so it's not necessary for the users' organisation to have a Learning Management System. Please call us or email for more details.
